Frequently Asked Questions

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This FAQ explains the most common questions about Milioudis. It is a practical guide, not a replacement for the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. Reward values, limits, providers, and availability can change as the website develops.

Getting Started

What is Milioudis?

Milioudis is an online faucet and rewards website. Depending on availability, users may claim faucet rewards, complete verification, collect daily bonuses, view paid advertisements, use offerwalls, earn achievements and referrals, convert displayed amounts, and request cryptocurrency withdrawals. Each feature has its own conditions and may be paused for maintenance, security, provider problems, or network issues.

Do I need an account?

You can visit public pages without signing in. An account or wallet identifier is needed for features that must associate a claim, balance, achievement, referral, offer completion, or withdrawal with one user. Use only an identifier and wallet you control. Never provide a private key, seed phrase, or wallet password.

Is the service available everywhere?

Availability depends on local law, provider rules, supported networks, offer eligibility, and technical access. You are responsible for checking whether online rewards, advertising offers, and cryptocurrency activity are permitted where you live. Advertisers and offerwalls may apply additional country, age, device, or identity requirements.

Claims and Rewards

Why did my faucet claim not arrive?

A claim may require a valid session, successful captcha or verification, a waiting period, an eligible balance, and a server-side confirmation. Refreshing the page repeatedly or opening several sessions can create duplicate checks. Note the approximate time, page message, and account identifier, then contact contact@milioudis.com if the record still looks incorrect.

How does the daily bonus work?

The daily bonus is available according to the rule shown on its page. A successful claim is recorded by the server and may be subject to a time interval, account check, or abuse protection. If the button is unavailable, the previous claim may still be inside its waiting period. Do not attempt to bypass the timer with scripts or duplicate accounts.

What are achievements?

Achievements recognize recorded activity such as claims, daily actions, referrals, offer completions, or experience progress. The card explains its target and reward. Progress is calculated from valid server records, and a reward can remain locked until every condition is met. Invalid, reversed, duplicated, or abusive activity may not count. A visible progress number is not a guarantee of a future payout until it is eligible and claimed.

Can rewards be reversed?

Yes. A reward can be corrected when a provider rejects a conversion, a transaction is duplicated, an event is fraudulent, a chargeback occurs, or a technical error credited it incorrectly. Milioudis may review the underlying event rather than add a reward manually from a screenshot. Keep public references and contact support with clear timing if you believe a correction is wrong.

Offers and Advertising

Why is an offerwall reward delayed?

Offerwalls and advertisers verify completions independently. The website may wait for a provider callback before crediting an event. Delays can come from advertiser review, device tracking, a missing callback, fraud checks, or a provider outage. Complete an offer only once, follow its instructions exactly, and do not use automation, location masking, or duplicate accounts.

Are offers safe?

Offers are operated by third parties. Milioudis does not control their pages, permissions, survey questions, applications, eligibility rules, or privacy practices. Review the provider’s terms before participating and never share a wallet seed, password, or unnecessary sensitive information. If an advertisement redirects to suspicious content, close it and report the provider, URL, time, and visible behavior to support.

What are ZerAds, BitcoTasks, or Offerwall.GG?

They are independent advertising or offer providers that may appear on the website. Their availability and tracking are controlled by their own systems. Milioudis can investigate whether an event reached its service, but the provider makes its own completion decision and may retain its own records under its privacy policy.

Withdrawals and Wallets

How do I request a withdrawal?

Use the withdrawal page after meeting the displayed minimum and any account conditions. Check the destination address, network, and amount carefully before submitting. A blockchain transaction may be irreversible. Once broadcast, support may not be able to cancel, recover, or redirect it.

Why is my withdrawal pending?

A request may be waiting for an account or fraud review, an internal processing step, provider confirmation, network availability, or blockchain confirmations. Congestion, fees, protocol rules, and wallet provider display delays can affect timing. Contact support with the public request or transaction reference; never send a private key or seed phrase.

Can support change my wallet address?

Support may ask for reasonable verification, but no support agent needs a private key. Because a wrong address can cause an irreversible loss, the safest practice is to check it before submission and use a wallet you control. A confirmed public blockchain record generally cannot be edited by Milioudis.

Account, Privacy, and Security

What information does the website use?

The website may process a wallet or account identifier, session data, IP address, browser and device details, claims, rewards, referrals, offer events, withdrawals, and security records. The Privacy Policy explains purposes, cookies, analytics, third parties, retention, rights, and public blockchain information.

What should I do if my account looks compromised?

Stop making claims or withdrawals, secure your email and wallet through a trusted process, and contact support with “Security” in the subject. Describe the first suspicious activity and provide only safe public references. Do not try to test an exploit against another account, download unknown software, or send funds to someone promising recovery.

How do I contact support?

Email contact@milioudis.com. Include the subject, page, approximate time, account identifier, visible message, and relevant public reference. Remove unrelated personal data from screenshots. Support will not ask for a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or a payment to unlock a reward.

Using the Website Responsibly

Can I use bots or multiple accounts?

No. Scripts, bots, emulators, proxy rotation, device farms, duplicate accounts, click manipulation, captcha bypasses, and attempts to evade limits are prohibited. They can lead to suspension, removal of invalid credits, a held withdrawal, or termination under the Terms of Service.

Where can I read the full rules?

The complete rules are in the Terms of Service. They cover eligibility, honest use, offers, referrals, withdrawals, intellectual property, suspension, disclaimers, limitations, changes, and contact procedures. If this FAQ is shorter or more general than the Terms, the Terms control.

Why can a page look different on my phone?

The site adapts its layout to different screen sizes, browsers, advertisements, and provider content. A slow connection, cached stylesheet, blocked script, or third-party frame can affect what you see. Try refreshing once, closing an old tab, or opening the page in an up-to-date browser. Do not install unknown extensions or disable security protections just to display an advertisement.

Why did I receive a security or verification message?

Verification helps protect rewards from automated abuse and duplicate activity. It may be triggered by a new device, unusual traffic, an expired session, repeated requests, or a provider requirement. Complete only the verification shown by the official website. If a message asks for a seed phrase, a payment, remote access, or unrelated identity information, close it and report it to support.

Are balances money or guaranteed earnings?

A displayed balance is a service record of eligible rewards, not a promise of income, investment return, or guaranteed value. Reward amounts, conversion rates, fees, network conditions, and provider decisions can change. You should not spend money, borrow funds, or make financial decisions based on an expected faucet or offer reward. Review the Terms and the relevant provider rules before participating.

How should I report a broken link or inappropriate content?

Email the support address with the page name, link, approximate time, device, and a brief description. If the issue involves advertising, include the provider or offer name. Do not repeatedly open a suspicious link, submit personal information to it, or attempt to interfere with its server. We may forward a limited technical report to the responsible provider when that is necessary to investigate.

If your question is not answered here, email contact@milioudis.com with enough detail to investigate, but never include private wallet credentials or secret recovery information. We will point you to the appropriate next step for your situation today.
