Cookie Policy

1. What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text value stored by a website in a browser. On a later request, the browser can send that value back to the same website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, scripts, and identifiers placed by third-party content. These technologies do different jobs. Some are essential for a page to work, while others support measurement, advertising, or convenience.
2. Cookies Used by Milioudis
Necessary session cookies
The site uses a session cookie to connect requests to the correct browsing session. It can help keep an authenticated account active, preserve security state, remember a CSRF token, and associate a claim or form request with the session that started it. Without this cookie, login, claims, withdrawals, achievements, or other account actions may not work reliably. Session information normally expires when the session expires or the browser removes it.
Referral attribution cookies
When a visitor opens a referral link such as a URL containing a referral parameter, the site may store an attribution value in a referral cookie. This allows a valid referral to be connected with a new visitor and supports the referral or PTP rules displayed on the site. The cookie does not contain a wallet private key. Referral attribution may expire after the period configured by the website and can be rejected when activity appears duplicated, automated, or abusive.
Consent preference storage
The cookie consent bar stores the choice you make, such as accepting or rejecting optional technologies. The current implementation may use browser local storage rather than a traditional cookie for that preference. This prevents the notice from appearing on every page. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, or switching browsers can make the notice appear again.
3. Optional Analytics
Some pages may use Google Analytics to measure visits, page performance, device categories, and general interaction patterns. Analytics technologies can process an IP address, browser and device information, visited pages, event information, and identifiers controlled by the provider. Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful, identify errors, improve mobile layouts, and make reasonable operational decisions.
Analytics is optional where the consent interface presents it as optional. Rejecting optional technologies should not prevent necessary account functionality. Google operates its own systems and may apply its own retention, transfer, and privacy rules. Consult Google’s information and browser controls if you want to limit analytics across websites.
4. Necessary Versus Optional
Necessary technologies support a function you request, such as maintaining a session, protecting a form, remembering a referral, or recording a consent choice. They are not used merely to build an advertising profile. Optional technologies support measurement, personalized content, advertising, or third-party functionality and can be refused through the consent bar. Some provider content may still be visible in a limited form or may not load at all when optional technologies are blocked.
We aim to keep the distinction understandable, but providers can change how their tools work. A third-party iframe may set or read information under its own control after it loads. If you do not want that interaction, close the content, reject optional technologies, or use browser blocking controls. Refusing optional cookies does not create a penalty, reduce a valid balance, or remove a necessary account record.
5. Advertising and Offerwall Technologies
Advertising may help fund the faucet and its rewards. The site can display content from providers such as ZerAds, BitcoTasks, and Offerwall.GG. A provider may use an iframe, script, pixel, cookie, local storage, or similar technology when its content loads or when you interact with it. That provider may process technical information, an IP address, browser details, approximate location, click data, conversion events, or fraud signals according to its own policy.
Third-party advertising is controlled by the provider, not by Milioudis. You should review the provider’s privacy and cookie information before completing an offer, downloading an application, or entering information. Never provide a private key, seed phrase, wallet password, or unnecessary sensitive data to an advertiser. Blocking third-party content may cause an advertisement or offerwall not to load, but ordinary site pages should remain usable where practical.
5. PTP and Referral Tracking
Referral and Paid to Promote features may use a referral identifier, a PTP token, a session value, and server-side records. The browser value helps the server recognize which referrer introduced a visitor. A qualifying click can then be checked against the user, IP address, date, and anti-abuse rules. The reward decision is made by the server; deleting a cookie does not erase a reward record already created, and changing a cookie does not legitimately transfer attribution.
We use these controls to reduce duplicate credits, automated refreshes, self-referrals, and misleading traffic. A visitor is not charged for a site-funded reward, and an advertiser is not necessarily the party funding a referral reward. The applicable feature rules and Terms of Service explain when a visit or click qualifies.
6. Your Consent Choices
When the consent bar appears, you can accept optional technologies or reject optional technologies. Necessary session and security processing may continue because it is required to provide a feature you request or protect the service. Your choice is stored in the browser so the notice can remain closed. You can change your choice by clearing the site’s local storage and cookies, then loading the site again.
Consent is not the only way data may be processed. The website may process server logs, security information, and necessary session data under another lawful basis where applicable. The Privacy Policy explains those purposes. A consent choice does not reverse an action already completed or erase public blockchain records.
7. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies. You can usually find controls under Privacy, Security, Site Data, or Content Settings. You may also use private browsing, tracking protection, content blockers, or device-level controls. These tools differ by browser and may affect login, referral attribution, offer completion, analytics, and advertisements. If you block every cookie, some account pages may not function.
Deleting a cookie does not necessarily delete information held by Milioudis, Google, an advertiser, an offerwall, or a blockchain network. It also may not stop technologies that work without traditional cookies. To exercise a legal privacy right, contact contact@milioudis.com.
8. Cookie Lifetimes and Retention
Session cookies are generally short-lived. Referral values may remain for the configured referral period. Consent preferences may remain until you clear them or the site changes its consent version. Analytics and advertising providers set their own lifetimes and retention periods. Server records connected with security, rewards, withdrawals, referrals, and fraud prevention may be retained longer than a browser cookie because they support accurate accounting and abuse prevention.
9. Children and Shared Devices
The service is not directed to children below the age at which they may lawfully consent to online processing or use cryptocurrency services in their country. If several people use one device, cookies and local storage can make activity appear connected. Sign out on shared devices, do not save wallet credentials in a public browser, and review site data before handing a device to another person.
10. International Providers
Analytics, advertising, offerwall, hosting, and blockchain systems may operate across borders. A provider may transfer or process information in a country with different data protection rules. Providers describe their own transfer safeguards in their privacy or cookie notices. Milioudis uses reasonable arrangements appropriate to the service and applicable law, but cannot control an independent provider’s systems.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when the site, consent tools, providers, laws, or tracking practices change. The revised version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects optional technologies, the consent notice may be shown again so you can make a new choice. Review this page periodically, especially after clearing browser data or using a new device.
12. Contact
Questions about cookies, consent, analytics, advertising, referral attribution, or data choices can be sent to contact@milioudis.com. Describe the page, browser, device, approximate time, and the choice you made. Do not send a private key, seed phrase, wallet password, payment details, or unrelated sensitive information. We may ask for reasonable details to understand the request, but we will never need wallet recovery secrets.
