Milioudis Technology will not initiate legal action against any security researcher who discovers and reports a vulnerability, provided that they adhere to the following principles of our Security Policy:
- Good Faith: Your research must be conducted with the intent to improve our security, not to cause harm, extort, or disrupt our services.
- Privacy First: You must not attempt to access, download, or modify any user data.
- Confidentiality: You agree to keep all details of the vulnerability private until we have successfully deployed a fix.
- No Disruption: You avoid any testing that could lead to a Denial of Service (DoS) or performance degradation for our visitors.
Any research conducted within these boundaries is considered authorized, and we waive any claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) or similar local digital security laws for reports that follow this policy.
